Mark Dominak joined Pease Bell in 2024 and serves as Chief Financial Officer, acting as a key member of the executive leadership team responsible for guiding the strategic financial direction of the firm. Mark’s role encompasses planning, implementing, and managing all financial activities to ensure the long-term health and growth of the organization. He oversees critical functions such as accounting, budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning, insurance, and risk management. By developing and executing financial strategies aligned with the firm's goals, Mark provides forward-looking leadership and actionable insights that drive business performance and unlock new opportunities.

Mark is dedicated to fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the finance and accounting team, ensuring best practices across all operations. His responsibilities include managing cash flow and investment activities, leading the annual budgeting process, and presenting financial information to stakeholders and partners. Mark works closely with executive management, partners, and practice group leaders to deliver timely, accurate analysis and recommendations, always striving to enhance financial performance and support the firm's mission.
PERSONAL LIFE
Mark lives in Richfield with his wife, son and their three Cavalier King Charles Spaniels. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, summers in the pool, and cheering for Ohio State football.
